Requests shall be sent in writing to LSHK adress or via e-mail - office@lshk.cz , and must contain following:

- action description
- action promoter
- date of action
- area limitations
- estimated number of attendants/visitors
- requests for LSHK ensuring
- competence for action promotion (business licence, etc.)
